I ordered two beef bowls with white rice and I think I didn't say one specific thing I wanted? & the Asian guy at the counter asked me with such attitude in his tone as if it was a bother to ask me. Which was surprising because he was about my age. Plus I work fast food so I always try to know my order ahead of time. Mind you this was a while back but I remembered him from the last couple times I've gone here.
Ideal para comer más saludable.
A food and safety HAZARD! I found sharp shards of something in my mom’s bowl and she could not eat the bowl at all. I called and told them what I found and the young guy there said they will not do anything about it. He said the only way to fix it is to make it back in time to return the bowl and have a new one made (mind you, I live 20 minutes away, and they were closing in 10 minutes). I explained this to him, along with the fact that my mom could not eat the food with sharp unknown objects in it, and would appreciate just a store credit for tomorrow. However, he said he didn’t care that my mom was hurt from trying to eat the bowl or that our money was wasted from the inedible food, and proceeded to hang up. So disappointed because I pass other flame broilers just to come to this one and get this poor customer service… I absolutely will not be returning.
The food was very good buy way to expensive for what you get.
Flame Broiler is great for picking up some reasonably healthy food. This flame broiler is pretty consistent quality wise bowls are pretty good veggies not a bunch of mushiness. Only thing is the prices keep on climbing and for me it has gotten to the point where the value almost isn't there. I used to go more frequently but since the prices have gotten to where they are I've dialed it back a bit. Other than price really not much to complain about. Then again I'm getting to that age in life where everything is starting to seem overpriced
