I come here for lunch every other day and I order a chicken white rice broccoli only Bowl I got all the way home and I live right by the Tyler Mall but I choose this location cuz I never had a problem with my order before I came here today and they literally gave me white rice and broccoli no chicken I paid $8 I had to travel all the way back pay an additional $6.75 for a side of chicken which told them to 15 dollars their original chicken bowl is just 1099 they refused to refund me and they just wanted to give me the chicken on the side and they expected me to pay for it to correct the issue the girl said she just didn't hear me give her a protein.. Just lost a loyal customer

Customer service is awesome!!! Young lady who works front everyday is just the sweetest and soo very polite.. She deserves a bonus...
