Five Guys

Waiting over 30 minutes for food. By the time they called us the food was cold. Cheese wasn't even melted. Friendly cashier but seriously, get a manager to oversee the three stooges working the kitchen!! The worst experience ever!

Although the hamburgers are top rate, the inside leaves little to be desired. It was 60 degrees and windy outside and quite chilly , it was literally colder inside. I was shivering and I am usually not one to be cold. We asked the girl at the cash register if there was anyway to turn off the ac and turn on the heat and she just shrugged her shoulders. An older couple who were already bundled up asked as well and they opted to eat in their car because it was so cold. If the staff cannot address the needs of the customers (many others were quite cold too) then the service needs to be addressed.

It's as good as any other Five Guys location. It's a pretty new store so they probably had some growing pains at first. Staff was very friendly and we got our food fast. It is $40 for 2 people, so a tad on the expensive side but we knew that going in. Burgers were good and the fries are still the best around. We'll be back for sure.

Daughter was asked if it was first time there and she said yes. Very polite and helpful. Unfortunately order was COMPLETELY wrong. Asked for burger NO onion and EXTRA mushroom along with 2 plain hotdogs with mustard and relish on side. Daughter was tired and hungry and still had 40 miles to get home. By the time she got food home it was ALL WRONG!!!.. Got NO mushrooms with onions. Those hot dogs!!.. Came with NO BUNS!!! She called to complain and they said there was nothing they can do because of our location. Didn’t offer any refund or credit. NEVER AGAIN!!!.. Especially for that price!!

The guy at the register was nice. Every table is dirty and chairs are scattered around. The music is ridiculously LOUD. Food is ok.

Not impressed. Slow service, I'll go to Red Robin or In and Out next time for a burger. Way overpriced also.

Tasty burgers. Excellent fries. Online order for nine different burgers was made without any errors!

Burger is really nothing special for its price. Only interested in trying the new Cajun fries but they ran out of seasoning unfortunately. Will not be returning. Smashburger makes way better burgers.

Super expensive for 2 burgers 1 small fry a large soda and a sm milkshake 36$ and the burgers were just ok I'd rather hit a wendy's or sonic even an in&out never again will I go back to this place RIP 5 guys
