Great Food, Great Service, One Small Hiccup I've been a regular at this Five Guys location and it never fails to impress me with its consistently delicious hamburgers and fresh fries. The food is always cooked to perfection and the freshness is evident in every bite. The welcoming and friendly staff further enhance the dining experience. Their excellent service makes every visit enjoyable and leaves a lasting impression. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here. However, there's one aspect that could use some improvement. The restroom access code is unusually long, longer than my bank ATM card. This seems a bit excessive and can be inconvenient for customers. It's a minor issue but it does take away from the overall guest services experience. Despite this, I highly recommend Five Guys for their top-notch food and service. I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration for an even better customer experience in the future.
The service was great and fries yes oh yes
1st time having five guts, not one for burgers so i had the veggie sandwhich..it was Delish!! Great choice
Burgers and fries were excellent. Service was very friendly. Advice: the fries are delicious, but they don’t travel well, so either eat in or don’t get the fries.
Fast food that requires tipping! Much less tasty than Burger King, McDonald's, and In-N-Out but much more expensive! The patties taste like they're boiled or steamed, and the bacon on the hot dog is very salty and dry. Threw away half of it uneaten. First time leaving a bad review for a restaurant, sorry!"
I will let you review this yourself: $43.82 for two burgers and two large Cajun Fry's. No drink. Let that sink in. I do recommend eating here but I'd limit it to special events only like having successfully knocked off a bank, or won the lottery. I mean the big lottery - Scratchers winnings wouldn't cover what it takes to eat here.
