Music is way too loud

Great hamburgers for a decent price. I order the cheeseburger with A1 sauce (Patty is marinaded) with mayonnaise, ketchup, and cheese. I was so impressed I came back 3 days in a row to have the same meal.

I came into this store today and I walked up to the pick up counter and stand there innocently and a very young boy with a poor cut mullet stares me dead into the eyes for about 3 seconds and then turns around and and ignores me and then I over hear the manager on duty say “ has counter been helped?” And the same young boy says “ yes” even tho I had not so I then go to the register to say hey “I’ve been Ignored can you help me?” and then that’s when I got the help I needed the worst part is that the same boy who didn’t acknowledge me has done this to me multiple times this is just the most recent so I’m disappointed… this is childish behavior for sure!

Bunch of stoners the continuously mess up orders and short you in your $7 fries

The music was good but it was way too loud. It was freezing in there. No wonder at lunch time there's only two other people in there

Placed an order through their app, arrived to pick it up and the store was locked. Called and they said they couldn't give me my food or a refund. I could see them inside the restaurant sitting around eating at 1 pm, no idea why they were closed. Refusing a refund on top of that, this is the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant.
