Our Bar program honors classic Japanese culture and tradition, infusing it with a modern approach to cocktails. Zach Ottesen relies on complex age-old traditions like clarifying, fat washing and infusing vibrant, herbaceous flavors to add into his innovative cocktails. The Bar stocks rare Japanese whiskeys and an extensive sake offering.
