Friendly staff. Great food. The swamp soup looks scary, but it is delicious! And yes, you can buy it by the gallon!

Ordered the fried shrimp/catfish dinner and everything was delicious! Loved the swamp stew! The service was outstanding. Go for the food and the service... the atmosphere is pretty ordinary!

My sister and I grabbed lunch today @ Fish River Grill in Gulf Shores, AL.. we sampled the “swamp soup”.. I was surprised that I enjoyed it, because I’m not a big turnip eater.. but it was so tasty and filling.. we ordered the Shrimp BLT .. OMG.. it was simply amazing.. bacon, lettuce, fried green tomato, fried shrimp and OMG sauce which had bits of crawfish in it If you find yourself in Gulf Shores.. give them a try!

I and my husband stopped here to eat while on vacation, the food was delicious and the service was fantastic, I had a grilled chicken salad which had large strips of chicken breast on it and the quantity was plenty sufficient, my husband had a burger that came with fried green tomato on it and I believe it was called OMG sauce which had seafood in it, and we had small cups of swamp soup, it was really good.

Super welcoming, friendly atmosphere. YUMMY food! More food than we could eat, but everything was fresh right down to the hush puppies. Price is definitely reasonable too. Our server Nicole was beyond gracious and went out of her way to make our visit great!
