First Direct Arena

absolutely great views from our seats and the sound was amazing... lots of stewards to help out if needed..

Brilliant venue

I took my 1 year old and 8 year old to this arena for the weekend we traveled from Manchester, we went to see Disney on Ice for their Christmas present, the show started and my 1 year old couldn’t handle the lights or sound so we were going to leave and the staff stopped us and made us feel at ease, ensuring we wouldn’t miss the show and helped us find a quiet space so my 8 year old wouldn’t miss the show, the staff were out of this world making sore we were ok and comfortable and left the arena fine at the end of the show, thank you so much!!! Our stay was made in incredible because of your service!!!

A really good night for myself & my daughter, even though we were high up we had a really good view,the only drawback was the toilets, not enough gor the amount of people there especially when everyone goes in the break

Great arena although like any other venue drinks a little pricey!

Great views. Just need to give more room between rows on floor seats.

Apart from the astronomical food and drink costs (which, in fairness, seems to be standard at every concert these days) I can't really fault the place. Easy to get to, ample parking close by, staff were fast, friendly and efficient in getting us in and were happy to direct us to our seats.
