Firenze Italian Restaurant was open in 1992 by Salvatore Lembo. Born in Sicily and raised in Tuscany , Salvatore always wanted to share his knowledge of the Italian cuisine and bring his amazing Family recipes of Italian dishes to Bellevue neighborhood . We strive to be a warm, inviting and friendly restaurant that provides its customers with a taste of Italy from our food to our wine to our decor. We prepare our food from scratch at each order, so you'll always enjoy the freshest meals, whether it's seafood or variety of meat dishes or different pastas , and we welcome you to make any other requests if you don’t find it on our regular menu.
