Went to Firehouse sub Webster Sunday, will not be going there no time soon got a engineer sub it was the worst sub sandwich I ever had lettuce old and soggy sandwich,made sloppy had throw it away.
Horrible customer service. The place is in total disarray. It appears all 3 employees are brand new and totally lost. Sad. Everyone in here is frustrated with no management in charge and long wait times . This is how you don’t run a business. The owner must be an idiot. I’m watching customers walk in and turn around and leave. This operation is a joke.
I LOVE Firehouse Subs as a franchise. I love what they stand for and we have made a tradition of grabbing a bag full of subs before heading to the beach. But... this branch has let me down every.single.time. There is a lot i can say about today's lunch, but all i will say is that our sandwiches tasted like sadness. Sad food made by sad people. I won't be going back.

Placed an online order for 2 subs. 1 without onions and tomatoes. When my husband picked up the order he checked my sub and it had onions and tomatoes. Spoke to Kyle, who blamed it on the new hire and said he would remake it. My husband stood there to ensure he would make a NEW sandwhich and not reuse the same items and just pick off the onions and tomatoes. He saw Kyle get new bread and "look" like he was making it new, so my husband sat down. Checked the sandwhich once it was remade and looked good when he opened the sandwhich. Well, Kyle did NOT make a new sandwhich, he was sloppy and lazy and picked off the pieces, but left a full onion in my sandwhich. Called the store once I saw the sandwhich, manager told me I had to return the sub for a refund per the owners rules. So I have to go out of my way for an error they made TWICE. When I show up, the manager has an attitude and states "well your husband checked it" yeah, he did, but he didn't inspect my sandwhich and look through everything because he thought Kyle the employee would do his job and not be lazy and reuse the same food and finger through my sandwhich and pick off food. The manager was not sympathetic to all my issues, the fact my order was wrong, the fact I had to drive back out of my way to get a refund but instead wanted to make excuses and blame myself and my husband for their errors. Poor employees, poor management and an even worse owner.
I ordered 4 subs on ubereats, and every single one of them did not include lettuce or tomatoes. They also put way too much mayo on the subs. There needs to be training for people to do a checklist that everything is on the sub. Lettuce and tomatoes are pretty standard, so im surprised all 4 subs were missing this.
The meatballs where burnt to a crisp all the inside was like a mini brick of coal. No sauce and stale bread I contacted uber eats and the store nothing came of either.
Good sandwich. Staff was nice.
The worst service!! As soon as I walked they all just stared didn't say a word, then when I was ordering my sub I said no onions and she straight replied with "this is not sonic"
