Food is always good but I have the rewards card and everytime I go by there and order no one knows how to enter my number so I can use my rewards. Why have it if I can never use it. Jersey Mike's is so much better with their rewards. I also need to add it took almost 30 minutes to get my order and had to ask for it.
Very disappointed tonight. I sat there 15 minutes waiting on my call in order, being told it would be ready soon all the while it was sitting on counter the whole time. No one behind the counter even spoke to me and asked what I needed, only the girl who took my money and said it would be ready soon. I went therelast night to buy buckets for E. Tennessee relief drive Crosspointe Church OB is having today. 4 buckets washed and donated. You rock Firehouse and the Sub on a Club was so 😎 awesome I will probably see you again today!!
This place is clearly short staffing to cut costs of labor. Took them 30 minutes to make my order of 1 sub that was just meat, cheese, and bread. The food wasn't bad, but most definitely not worth the wait.
Understaffed, person I spoke to didn’t know where they were located when I asked to double check and make sure I called the correct location (asked if they were near the location on Goodman near hacks cross and she said she didn’t know what hacks cross was), and when we picked up the food it took forever to be spoken to and there were flys EVERYWHERE inside to the point it was disturbing… for a newer restaurant this place was very unimpressive..
Takes forever to get your order and forever to get your food
My fiancé and I enjoy Firehouse and from past experiences we were looking to enjoy our time with this location. Reason for my two stars is as soon as we entered and stood by the cash register we waited for a good 5 or so minutes before someone actually came up and took our order (please note they were NOT that busy there was literally 3 other people ahead and waiting on their orders.) We were honestly starting to get un happy because we both made eye contact with SEVERAL employees but yet no one bothered to service us. When we were finally helped the female who took our order was rude the name we have on the receipt is Alex but I can’t be 100% sure-she was a young black female. Either way, we take customer service seriously and if you cant have your employees stay on top of their duties let alone be nice towards customers which is what they are getting paid to do then they clearly need to be replaced. Now onto food-the food was good I don’t have any complaints.
Only issue we had with food was that my fiancé confirmed with the female (after she asked) no pickle on the side and he did in fact receive a pickle. Obviously there is zero listening skills.
No issues here, 5 minutes for my sandwich and it was perfect. Both employees were nice. Thanks
Cashier with the "blonde" dreads just looked at me for a solid 10 seconds until I said hello. Definitely got a negative vibe. This place is a nice spot and I'd rather it not end up like all these other chains where you can just feel that the employees dont want you there.
The white dude with the fro is super nice though.
There are to many kids working in this place. I won’t even go here anymore, because they play to much and your food is never right.
My wife ordered a platter 2 hours ahead. Got there to pick it up, and nothing was done! We're out of turkey was the excuse. I'm preparing the turkey now, and I have no clue how long it's going to be. I would rate the food but it wasn't ready.
I love Firehouse subs and never had a bad sub. I travel for work and get to check out alot of different places to eat. This place ripped me off. I ordered two whole subs and both subs had hardly no meat or ingredients. My Italian had 2 slices of meat. Now paying 14 to 16 dollars for a loaf of bread sucks. I wont eat at this location anymore.
Every time I come here the service and the sandwiches are excellent.
Today, I got 3 large sandwiches and there were some mistakes and I was kinda in my feelings (I’m also pregnant) and so I called and spoke to the manager Robert- and wow- he was so incredibly nice and very upbeat- offered to make it right so he remade everything (triple checked to make sure all would be accurate) and did so with an enthusiasm that you rarely see in fast food. I’m so impressed- will definitely be a loyal customer and will download the app so I can get points on my orders!! I’m leaving in a better mood than if there were no problems at all, thank you Robert!!!
