I wish there was more meat, than lettuce, tomatoes and too much saucy.
The toaster not working, no turkey, no firehouse welcome when customers walk in, and the manager and employees were more interested in phones or what was on the television rather than taking care of customers, half the sodas in the machine were out, come on get someone who cares about the job, not a high school kid.

I'd rate this as zero stars if i was able to. Let me say, I Love Firehouse Subs....and I never write reviews, I'm pretty easy going about it....but I got 2 Large meatball subs through UberEats just now and it looked like garbage, half the meatballs were burnt and the others were white looking when I cut into them and both sandwiches were drowned in sauce. These looked disgusting and I ended up throwing both whole entire uneaten subs away, I'm out money so I figure this store should be out money too from others that might decide to go somewhere else after reading this post or at the very least have this bad review posted up.....everyone's got their off days, but it was obvious no concern was given when making those sandwiches. The pics speak for themselves. It was too expensive not to say anything about this.
I placed a catering order over 24 hours in advance through the Firehouse Subs website. I called the day of to confirm because the order status page never changed to show the store confirmed and I was told they did not have my order. It took over 45 minutes to get through to the store and they were "open". They told me they could not accommodate my order because there were only 3 people working and that I had to place my order 24 hours in advance. I explained that I DID place my order over 24 hours in advance and still there was "nothing they could do". It would have been ok if it wasnt ready on time but there was no effort on the stores part to make it right. I got on with the chat service via the catering portion of their website, they canceled the order, made sure there was no cancelation fee, and tried to find me an alternative solution. Unfortunately their alternatives were different styles of cuisine so i had to decline. I appreciate their effort though. Luckily Jersey Mike's was able to accommodate my catering order with less than 2 hours to spare. This particular Firehouse Subs needs to make sure they are checking and confirming all online orders. Other reviews show there is a severe lack of attention to this with both small and large orders.
Quality has been slipping on my orders lately.
Ordered food through their website tonight a little after 9…. Confirmed pickup for 9:40, get there at 9:35 and they’ve already turned off all of the equipment and couldn’t make my order or refund me. This is the 2nd time in a month this has happened and it’s ridiculous….
Unorganized and very slow moving.
