Ordered a steak and cheese sub back in November. It comes with steak, cheese, provolone cheese, onions, peppers, mayo, mustard, and a pickle. I was given a plain steak and cheese sandwich with nothing else (see photo below). I escalated it to firehouse and apparently they reached out to the store but I have not been contacted since. I enjoy going here but the service isn't great.
