Best location with the best service

My sub wasn't toasted and they forgot to put cheese on it Probably won't go back.

Horrible customer service. Sandwich was sloppy and not made correctly as I requested.

I asked for the turkey bacon ranch sandwich and asked for the ranch on the side (they usually put too much). So I receive the sandwich and it has ranch on it. I asked for a remake and this is what I received. I guess because they were closing the jerk didn’t want to remake my sandwich when it was his mistake in the first place. Spent $30 at this place for this type of service. I will not be retuning to this place, only for my refund.

Great subs. Will not go anywhere else for subs. Brought sister there for birthday and she won't get a sub anywhere else either. Can highly recommend hook and ladder. Got recommended by someone from Canada. Parking: Depends on time of day. Restaurant next door is also popular.

Fast service, great subs

You're in for a treat with any of their subs. From a simple meatball sub to their Firehouse Steamer which is my favorite. Sure it's more than subway but once you have a Firehouse sub you'll forget where the other guys are located! Always very clean, great soda selection and chips that most don't carry. A combo meal is the way to go.
