Great sandwiches...but this location is always freezing, it's the middle of December at 8:00 p.m., we had to eat outside because it was warmer outside than inside the lobby

Lobby was trashed, went to use the restroom and there was literal poop dried on the seat plus piss and chewing tabacco everywhere. There is no way anyone has cleaned that bathroom for atleast 4 days. It should be a nightly closing duty task and it’s just pathetic that they’d leave in such a state.

Once I’m awhile the food is good here, lately the bread is super soggy and the meat is cold. Today same thing, small New York steamer extra soggy bread and saturated in a pound of mayo. I hope they get it together this is the closest one to my house.

I've been usually really happy with the food and service we get other than the bread becoming soggy when we get home but we usually over look it. My husband hates eating here because of it. Yesterday the only reason I ordered was because it was my birthday and I got a free sub. When I got it, it had a couple of bell pepper chunks and some onions on in it which I did not ask for. It seems as if they fell into a different veggie tray possibly. I ended up throwing half of the sub away as I can not eat raw onions and it was mixed in with the lettuce. Employees need to ensure they aren't mixing the veggies in the trays. It's a one off but still makes me hesitant to go back.
