Fired Pie

I normally don't write reviews , but this needs to be addressed i ordered one spicy southwest salad, two meaty Italian pizzas ( regular) , a third one with vegan cheese because my son has a severe dairy allergy . i clarified the allergy in the notes and delivery instructions , and stated please mark the pizza with the vegan cheese, when i received my order their was no mark or sticker of any sort , i checked the three pizzas all looked the same . so i called the store to speak with the manager about this issue and that the employees or who ever is making food items need to take these precautions seriously , my son has a severe dairy allergy this will land him in the hospital . so when i called and spoke with the manager nothing was resolved , i was trying to explain the situation and she repeating kept jumping down my throat every time i would bring up my sons dairy allergy , saying " oh your cutting out", " what" , and then she'll change the issue and say just come in for another order then. i said to her if you would just listen to me you would know i don't have a car hence why i ordered delivery , i was calling to let you know this is what happened with my order, my son has a SEVERE dairy allergy that could land him in the hospital if he eats the wrong thing , and for you to address this issue with your staff to please take better precautions . nope she kept jumping down my throat , as if i was complaining for no reason, i have every reason to be upset , sorry not everyone is a Karen sometimes their is issues with the food or service , but i will not order at this location ever again after this experience .

Got a messed up order from Uber pick up and they accommodated me despite closing soon. Great customer service.

Amazing service, I normally don’t write reviews but the night supervisor Juliet was so great to me that I had too. Not only did she go above and beyond, she made me feel welcomed! I’d come back for sure!!! (100 ⭐️’s)

First eating this pizza, it was so good and perfect size for me. Customer service was great

The pizza is fire ,lol it is yummy for sure and they have ice cold beer. Vegetarian options: I think I saw cauliflower crust

Manger was on point, food was done super quick even with new members in training!

Food was nasty staff was rude and lost my order then said they never got it after. I gave my order number. Found it after I got angry because I wasn't going to pay again . Will not be going again
