Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

We went for lunch and it was the first time I had been there for something other than dinner service. The lunch menu was great the salad with fillet on it was absolutely fantastic.

My daughter took me there in a driverless AI car!

We waited for hours only to have our food cold and then told we have to wait for our food due to an unexpected prom. However, we saw the prom party and we ordered way before they arrived. Our food not only was cold but it wasn’t what we orders as well. For these prices and the service is not worth it. In addition, we left thirsty, didn’t get refills. Also we did inform the manager and her suggestion was to take our buns off of our cold burger and warm them up. This is a no to the no.

Three of us came in for dinner. Two of us ordered the steak and shrimp dinner. The wait staff was fantastic the food was excellent. I truly enjoy going to Firebirds at any of their locations.

Dominick was the best server I have had in a long time. Excellent service. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and fun! Food was fantastic as well!

Super tender steak, smooth cheesy mashed potatoes...just right size desserts. Our waiter Dominick was fantastic!!

We had a work dinner, there was 12 of us, servicer was great but the food took long and then when we received it, all of our diners were salty. My co-worker ordered surf and turf, 2 times his lobster was over cooked. Although manager tried to fix it, unfortunately we would never go back! Great pineapple drinks though

Service was not quite attentive and super slow. It was not a busy night either and some tables were empty too. Took 20 mins to take our order and then another 45 mins to serve the food. The food served was adequate and delicious though. Good atmosphere, however expect delays.

The food was outstanding and the service was even better.
