DDH Westcoast IPA / 7.0% ABV - If ever there was a Westcoast IPA 2.0, it would surely be Blue Roofs. With its heart and soul firmly planted in the San Diego IPAs of yore, Blue Roofs takes a hard detour by going full double dry-hop, utilizing Mosaic and Simcoe cryo (essentially hop keef), and keeping its strong bitterness in line with a more full body and overall juicy profile. Adding in some Strata to the hop mix just makes this new school westy even more juicy and tropical helping it ooze with notes of passionfruit, white grapefruit, blueberries, raspberries, pine needles, sweet melon, strawberries, and insanely high grade PNW Kush.
