Saison / 5.0% ABV - This wheat-heavy Saison features abundant malted and flaked wheat, complemented by citrus and hay-like esters from our original house yeast, now improved with Berkeley Yeast. This sessionable yet complex Farmhouse Ale carries notes of fresh hay, lemon peel, white pepper, and a touch of magnolia, with light hopping for a grassy character and a refreshing lemonade kick, inspired by French and Belgian Farmhouse ales.

Westcoast IPA / 6.6% ABV - If 30th street in San Diego were a church, we'd be devout followers, inspired by the iconic hoppy beers of north county and the innovative second wave of IPAs from San Diego in the 2010s. Middle Out Westcoast IPA, a reimagined version of our favorite IPAs from that era, is a hyper-dry India Pale Ale with minimal malt character and a sharp focus on hop aromas. It bursts with flavors of ruby red grapefruit, peach rings, citrus blossom, passion fruit puree, lychee, pine, mango juice, and a hint of sauvignon blanc, showcasing the harmonious interaction of Simcoe, Amarillo, and HBC586 hops. IPA / 6.6% ABV - While its name leaves a lot to the imagination, mostly because it sounds like a top secret operating room inside of Area 51, Bru-1 hops smell infinitely better than their code name suggests. Brewed to be a hazy that is equal parts juicy as it is light and smashable, Motley Brü throws all of that pesky specialty malt off to the side, chops up a line of flaked oats, snorts it, lights its hotel mattress on fire, and then wafts freely its unrelentingly charismatic notes of freshly sliced pineapple, lemon flavored italian ice, peach, green apple flesh, apricot, and tropical melon. Every year we are inundated with new hop varieties, most of which never make it past the opening act, but Bru-1 has shown it has all the chops to be huge in the world of IPA and we're beyond pumped every time we get to brew with it
