Perfect place to enjoy West Coast IPA's with a pizza
I live about 100 miles north of Sacramento, so I don't get to the city very often. Being that there are so many places to dine in Sac, I feel extremely lucky to have been introduced to this particular brewery. They Don't actually brew any beer at this location. They look to have around a dozen beers on top. They have a nice selection of can beers as well. I had a flight of six different beers. Southlands, slaying power, St Thomas, pulp, King citra, destination unknown. Slaying power was my least favorite. And I have a hard time deciding which of the other five is my most favorite. They make good beer. The pizza was also very good. I guess it's what you would call East Coast style pizza? The ingredients did taste very fresh. As far as cost goes: I want to say that for the pizza and two flights of beers it was a little on the pricey side. I don't get to Sacramento that often so don't really mind spending the 70 bucks while discovering a fantastic brewery.
Our first time here, at this Fieldwork Brewing and we will be back. We enjoyed a hazy IPA and a margarita pizza.
Y’all need to get paper menus and let me just pay with cash, this QR menu business is nonsense. Pretzel was good but for the price def should be bigger, like cmon dough isn’t expensive just gimme a big one
Great beer, amazing service. They have Detroit style pizza as well as regular woodfire kind.
Update: this is a must go to if in Sacramento! Just came back a second time and it is as good as I remember! Night maker is an incredible oatmeal stout! The ordering app system is excellent and the staff very efficient. Original: Being from San Diego I am spoiled with great breweries everywhere. My search in Sacramento landed me at Fieldwork Brewing and it was fantastic! The Haze Craze (hazy / IPAs flight) was great and the Hail Mary Detroit style pizza was absolutely amazing!! I'm not a fan of Pina Colada but the galaxy juice was a tasty beer! Favorite was the Hazy Train, although the King Citra was a close second.
Awesome brews, great eats (Bratwurst ) and friendly service!
