I came today and always get what I like Cream Brulee Boba Dirty always paid extra for Oak Milk and the Girl told me there's no Oak Milk when I asked for a refund she told No and then I asked her why? She got upset and a manager arrived and she gave me $1 for my refund but then I did not want to drink my tea because I didn't trust her that she did not put poison on my drink. Sorry check cameras. I won't come back.

Place is very clean. Friendly service. Atmosphere is very relaxed and casual. Very comfortable place to drink a hot tea. I ordered the jasmine tea and, by far, one of the best I have had. The feeling of drinking jasmine flowers was amazing!

The cake and milk tea in here so special, smell really good with comfort it's not too strong or light that really good. I found the best place to enjoy milk tea.

Omg, back to fencha after a month is making me disappointed it's my favorite place, but now the drink is tasteless like water. The barista is not happy welcome. They give me a tired welcome:)) omg what happened to fengcha even milk tea doesn't taste tea in there!?
