Fazoli's

Every time I come here the food and service is beyond amazing.

Me and my wife pulled up to the drive thru she offered to buy me lunch because she loves me so much and because she was hungry and I was tired we had just left Walmart on a Saturday morning so I was ready to leave 5 minutes after arriving, she was hungry and so she wanted fazolis. She ordered her meal after 25mins passed from the long wait in a short line by the way They are also hiring and apparently they need help BiG ,BAD! She ordered for me, meatball sub, i pause for a second and ask are the meatballs 100% beef and they pause and asked if we could repeat that we did and they replied No! It has pork in it i said no thanks! Im Gouda and i Wonder does everyone knows this ❓

Friendly staff!! Chelsey was amazing. Brevet had to ask for more breadsticks, she came to our table with them. Loved she was always smiling. Kid-friendliness: They make your children feel very welcomed. And spoke right to her, like she was also a valued customer.

Slay Stanley

Stanley has great customer service. He did an amazing job with suggestive selling, along with making sure the customer was happy with the experience. Shortly after our arrival the restaurant became busy, the staff handled the rush with professionalism. The only negative feed i could give is the cleanliness at the time of the rush. There was no staff available to pick up dirty dishes or to wipe down tables as customers left. Staff seemed to only be able to get to cleanup after the restaurant cleared. Dietary restrictions: I did see the gluten free menu had a decent menu. I however would like to see a low carb option for someone who is diabetic. Such as possibly offer zoodles or other lower carb options.

The pizza was hard like it was old and they gave us an expired cheesecake, they tried to be slick by ripping the expired date sticker off. Very low quality. Was there around 3:30 pm Thursday 02/15/24. It is clear that the owner would rather save a dollar than to serve quality “food” to his fellow customers, this taste nothing like the Fazoli’s I remember :(
