Favorites Bistro Bar owner Majan Pierre wished to capture & transport a Caribbean Fusion flavor to the already diverse culinary landscape found in New London, Connecticut. Majan Pierre, along with her husband EJ, have been members of the Southeastern Connecticut community for many years.
