Had lunch in...chicken parmesan was dry, not enough sauce, chicken tasted old, didn't like. Would have liked ice water at table rather than having to purchase $2 bottles of water. Bread was excellent. Paid and tipped, but no table service, so not sure why. Cannolis that we took to-go for a birthday were fantastic. Rosemary focaccia to-go, also great.
House Favorite sandwich is the bomb!
Just got a takeout order. Asked for a sandwich on focaccia bread with added onions, pickles, and hot peppers. These are all modifications that are able to be made online. Was told it would take longer than anticipated when I went to pick it up—totally fine said I would wait. Could hear the staff in the kitchen complaining about the requested modifications. Heard them discussing that I also wanted dressing on the side. Get home to see that they added the dressing on the sandwich, knowing I didn’t want it on there, but didn’t take the time to remake it properly. It’s a shame this is how they conduct business because I would’ve liked to be a returning customer seeing they are so close to me.
Just wanted to have a delicious special birthday party and we got it thank to the best in town, Fausto's Kitchen! Seafood dishes were majestic, aesthetic excellent and at the end everything was like enjoying a magical journey through a universe of unique wonderful tastes. Thank you Fausto's Italian Kitchen for such a great day!

I have catered several events from Faustos! It is delicious!!! The presentation is always beautiful, the food always plentiful and consistently fresh and delicious! I highly recommend! Vegetarian options: They can make what you like.
This place rocks!!! They have fresh Italian dishes daily. So much to choose from fresh bread, pastas, gravy. Their Arancini's are by far the best around. Perfect size and correct ratio of ingredients.
