This custom espresso blend was developed to produce the “god shot” on a Breville Oracle Touch. Created from a blend of our classic Colombia Nariño Excelso La Union and an exclusive Brazil dry process\nSerrinha Bourbon roast, which gives this coffee a bold, full-bodied flavor. The “dry process” means the whole cherry is picked from the tree, after which it is dried for about a month. The combination of these\nunique roasts, and just a touch of Yemen, yields complex flavor with depth.

By popular demand, we are offering this balanced bean combination that combines two of our favorite single-origin, East African coffees to create a perfectly blended cup. We chose the highest quality beans from both Kenya and Ethiopia, roasted them to perfection separately in small batches, and blended equal parts of each in this jar. Of all the combinations we’ve tried, this is by far our favorite. We hope you enjoy it, too!

Cerrado is located in the state of Minas Gerais, the largest coffee-producing state in Brazil. The coffee is cultivated in rich soil that the Brazil natives call “Terra Roxa” or “ Red Earth”. Natural factors like consistent rainfall, high daytime temperatures, and dry winters combine to make the Cerrado region ideal for producing coffee. The Cerrado is great for people who need to drink low-acid beans but do not want to compromise flavor. This coffee also makes excellent cold-brew.
