We slow cook tender beef for this bowl in our Groundnut Sauce and match it with delicious and nutritious fonio and Farmacy Fonio. Fonio is an ancient grain that is naturally gluten free and boasts its own slate of health benefits including strengthening hair, nails, and heart health. Additionally it aides in weight loss and prevents anemia.

We hand make tender, meaty lamb and beef meatballs spiced with delightful Moroccan spices that we simmer in a luscious sauce that features the best of Northern Africa! It is served with our lightly spiced fonio and a helping of Farmacy Slaw.

This light and tasty meal has Za'atar as the highlight as we roast cauliflower in it and serve it with Mujuddarah, which is a Middle Eastern classic that is spiced just right with cumin, also known as "Jeera." Cumin is known to have a large variety of nutrients and minerals and is a potential source of various antioxidants.

We made this heart-healthy version just for you! We gently stew cauliflower and garbanzos in a rich tomato sauce that is heavy on flavor and warm spices. This is plant-based love in a bowl.

Your event at the Marygrove Conservancy deserves this welcoming touch. We provide your guests with a little something to set the mood. Our basic reception includes bottled water, coffee, tea bags, hot water, condiments, your choice of two (2) Farmacy Food beverages, Fruit, and fresh Crudité, served individually for safety. You can add hot and cold hor d'oeuvres, desserts, or any of our other tasty offerings to make the reception your own. Please give us 48 hours advance notice to best serve you.
