      Come spend a couple of hours in our bakery to learn about naturally leavened loaves and baguettes. In this class, we will cover the entire process of mixing, shaping, baking loaves and baguettes at home. Each student will take home:\n\n1x loaf to bake at home\n3x freshly baked baguettes \n1x banneton (proofing basket)\n1x our 12year old starter\n\nTopics Covered:\n-How to maintain a soughdough starter (& have a life!)\n-Mixing sourdough breads \n-Hands-on shaping of bread and baguettes\n-Hands-on baking baguettes\n-How to bake bread at home\n\nThe class also includes a cheeseboard paired with our breads for snacking, wine, beer, and alcoholic beverages.\n\nThis is a hands-on class so wear comfortable shoes and clothing that can get messy.
