Dry / 5.9% aged for about 2 years in french oak chardonnay barrels, this cider is crisp and fruity with flavors akin to a dry chardonnay.

Off-dry / 5.95% aromas of rose and cherry blossom. A unique blend of crisp fruit flavors upfront gives way to earthy and floral notes. Let the juice of sapho set your mind in motion!

Off-dry / 6.9% made with locally foraged staghorn sumac with fragrant pomegranate and citrus zest. Taste is slightly tart with flavors of lemon and red berries.

Semi-sweet / 6.9% our flagship cider is special blend of hops which adds aromas of grapefruit and passion fruit with a slight piney palate.

Semi-sweet / 6.8% inspired by the classic "lime rickey" from the olden days of the drugstore soda fountain. Our version has sour cherry with our sparkling hard cider.

Semi-sweet / 6.9% aromas of apples, cardamon, cinnamon, clove, and black tea. Flavors of warm fall spices followed by a slightly sweet apple finish.

Semi-sweet/6.9% spicy fruity aromas with a sharp acidity and touch of heat which blends into flavors of sweet pineapple and green pepper.
