      Conventional Oven (recommended) •Place the oven rack in the lowest position in the oven – you may need to remove upper racks depending on oven size. (This will ensure enough room for the ham.) •Preheat oven to 350°F. •Remove any plastic wrap and/or foil from the ham. •Place ham fat side up in roasting pan. •Add 2 cups of water to roasting pan. •With aluminum foil – loosely cover the top of the ham and secure the foil around the lip of the pan. Place in oven. •Bake for 1 1/2 hours (internal temperature should reach a minimum of 145’F). Remove the ham from the oven. •Carefully, take off the foil and discard. •Baste the top of the ham with 4 oz. of Sweet Soul Glaze. •Return the ham back to the oven (uncovered) Bake for 15 minutes. Remove and add an additional 4 oz. of Sweet Soul Glaze. •Bake for an additional 15 minutes until a crust forms and 150°F is reached at the center of glazed ham. •Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 – 7 minutes before serving.
