Food is yummy and good portion sizes. The customer service is very good and the staff is friendly and helpful. During my visit there was a combative customer who seemed to be looking for a problem, but the staff handled it with grace and gave her excellent customer service and maintained a good atmosphere for everyone else present. Thanks to their hard work I had a very delicious and enjoyable dinner.
The food tasted good, was nice and fresh, and I got a good portion of food. 3 stars because I placed an order at 1:57pm for ASAP pick up. Said will be ready at 2:17. Got there at 2:21. The guy working there never started my order. There was no one else there and no other orders being made when I arrived. Just the worker sitting on his phone. I ordered in advance so I can pick up and go but ended up having to wait at least 10minutes for the food to be made. Then after I felt he kept rushing me to get my food while I was packing up my things. He was very impatient when asked questions. Bad customer service but good food.
Ordered online on 1/28/2024. When I went to pick up my order, the store was closed and it was 1230 PM. They still charged my card without providing service. Please refund my $. Thank you for 10% off, but I want my money refunded. My card was charged without any food. I have been waiting for refund, but you didn't provide. Now, I wil contact BBB.
We study in college and we come every day. It's been a week since we come every day to falafel, but today it's very Talking weird with customers they act like they don’t want to come us any more If you don’t like we will never come back
They closed the door half hour before closing time even the open sign on the door still shows its open instead of communicating and providing the reason they dont even bother to respond very disappointing and irresponsible behavior of people there
Normally I have a good experience here but since some of the staff changed, the customer service is not good. There was one employee that looked maybe Indian and who I never saw there before, who wasn't friendly at all. And then when we ordered, we asked for one dish with no sauce, no this or that etc. He looked at us blankly and then repeated what we said and we confirmed and then he confirmed, the whole time with an attitude. So when the food comes out, it was wrong and I was like "hey, this is wrong, I asked for this". And he had the dirtiest look on his face, acting like I was asking for soo much. He was completely acting like we were being high maintenance when really we were customers making a simple request at the time of ordering. He decided to have an attitude the whole time. He totally killed the vibe of going out to eat. I ended up asking for to go boxes right away and getting the hell out of there. If the owner reads these reviews, please press your staff to have good customer service. I don't know if I'll spend money here if I see that guy is working.
