Fairfax is an all-day neighborhood restaurant perched on a corner in Manhattan’s West Village. Selected by Food & Wine Magazine as it’s 2018 Restaurant of the Year, it’s equally beloved for a morning meeting accompanied by great coffee and Parisian style omelettes as it as in the evening, when it’s cheeky wine list, famed burger, and new-school gastropub cooking keep it’s regulars dialed-in.
