Two days ago when I was here, my utensils had a large piece of dried food on it and we had to ask for plastic utensils. There was a small blond hair in my side salad (my hair is black and curly) and then OMG. Our pizza had a long blonde hair baked into the crust! The vodka sauce for our pasta was very watery and bland. (They only removed the pizza and not the pasta). They really should have comped the whole meal. I just feel disappointed and scammed. Used to really like this place…

My wife and I are both gluten free. We each got a pizza and both were very good. Crust was thin and crispy, but good.
