Chapter Two Hospitality is proud to present our second restaurant, Fable: Craft Bar, Wine Saloon and Food Joint. Fable provides fine dining quality food and cocktails in a casual Bar and Restaurant atmosphere. Staying true to our roots, Fable offers inspired dishes based off of classic favorites, a stylish atmosphere different than what the Tri-Cities has seen before, and local beer and wine from our incredible state. Join us for lunch, dinner, or a late night cocktail seven days a week. Saturday and Sundays, join us for Brunch 9:30-1:45, with fresh baked biscuits, French toast, and the famous Breakfast Pizza! Friday and Saturday nights, enjoy live music from 8-10pm, and late night Happy Hour Menu from 10pm to 12am.
