This is our go-to place in Florence for Chinese buffet, and one of the only places that serves dumplings and wonton soup. Prompt seating (ask for chopsticks). Usually only 2-4 choices for sushi. Generous drink servings and always asking if you're ready for a refill. Hibachi bar lets you create your dish and on-site chef prepares it. Food is tasty and price is reasonable ($31 for the two of us, including drinks and tax)
