We serve high quality cheesesteaks. We strive to not imitate Philadelphia. We make cheesesteaks with fresh shaved ribeye, caramelized onions, your choice of a variety of cheeses and served on our own 7” sesame seed ciabatta hero bread grilled and toasted to perfection. We also have specialty items like the Sunday smashed meatball sandwich. It has two 5 ounce meatballs that are hand made and seasoned like we do at home on Sunday. The difference is that we smash them on the grill. Topped off with a garlicky tomato sauce parmigiano reggiano and mozzarella cheese. The Corleone cheesesteak fresh sliced ribeye homemade crumbled sausage sautéed broccoli di rabe and melted mozzarella cheese. You can also add zesty hot cherry peppers to this dish. 😊
