I visited this lounge yesterday afternoon and was impressed with the service provided by Caroline. She was not only attentive and helpful, but also incredibly pleasant throughout my visit. Despite being busy refilling food stations, checking in guests, and bussing tables, she ensured every customer felt welcomed and attended to. Her recommendations were spot on, and she took the time to engage in friendly conversation, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Caroline's professionalism truly elevated my visit.

Great staff, small lounge, varied food offering-sized appropriately to small lounge. Bar wonderful but can’t tip, so thank you everyone working Sunday afternoon the 15th.

This lounge is clean and has amazing service. Giavanna was bartending when I visited the lounge and she was super sweet and attentive. She's definitely a gem!

Great service by all staff working at the lounge. Jovauna was awesome…even chilling a beer glass with ice before pouring it! The food was pretty darn good, a chicken with rice, noodles, bite size sandwiches, etc.

The best lounge in all of Terminal A at SMF. Very nice to have a quiet yet fun place to relax, get some work done, and enjoy good company and food/drinks with other travelers. The bartender Giovanna was exceptional and made the time fly by. I would recommend this lounge to anyone traveling through the area. One visit alone might be worth carrying the Amex Platinum card!
