Kid-friendliness: Very accommodating to their pickiness

There was a very friendly gentleman behind the counter. He was super friendly, quick, and accurate with my order. The food tasted very fresh, and it was prepared quicker than I thought it could be.

an ingredient is always missing from my sandwich, even when i pay extra but the delivery drivers are very kind and sweet

Real bad online ordering

Usually great service, but one time they made me prove that they forgot to add bacon on my sub.

First time at an Erbert and Gerbert's. Sandwiches were delicious, soup was delicious and perfect for the cold day warm up! People were friendly and helpful and great service!

We ordered delivery, I had a pick 2, 1/2 flash sandwich and bowl of chili.the sandwich was really good and the chili tho having a little kick was really good.we will be ordering from there agan

It doesn't seem like the employees are that happy to be there. The expression on their faces and body language looks like they are miserable, doesn't apply to all, but a few of them.
