  • Beer To Go

    • 500mL - LADS - Batch 5

$20 -- 11% Welcome to #LADSvember! We are thrilled to bring back a beer that means so much to us, Life After Death Star, our collaboration with @jwakfield and @mostracoffee. LADS starts off a with a long boil to create a thick and decadent base before we added shredded raw coconut, marshmallow, vanilla, and Mostra Ghost Bear Espresso Blend coffee along with a touch of lactose. This is one of our most balanced batches yet, it features an extremely thick base before releasing beautifully balanced notes of deep espresso coffee paired with flavors of fudge, creamy marshmallow, just scrapped vanilla, double chocolate brownie batter, and big coconut throughout with a chocolate syrup finish. This beer is extremely smooth, luxurious, and creamy.

    • 500mL - *BA* Cloudy With A Chance Of Cinnamon Rolls

Aged for 28 months in Willett barrels, we conditioned the barrel aged liquid on one of the most unique adjunct schedules yet, with heaps of caramel toasted coconut flakes, toasted almonds, candied pecans, Cloud Cover Pacayal Las Flores Natalie Pineda Honduras coffee, maple syrup, cinnamon, and Vanuatu vanilla. A velvet milkshake pour with a mocha cap leads the way to aromas of bake shop danish and cold brew coffee. Flavors are decadent with brownie cinnamon pecan roll, coconut almond turtles, maple doused pancakes, and homemade sweet frosted morning buns. Layers and layers of flavor are balanced with a touch of caramel, vanilla tanins, and oaky booze, all swirled into a creamy mouthfeel. We don't think we could have made this better if we tried.

    • BA Crown Maple Syrup - 750mL

Following collection and processing on their 800-acre farm, this 100% pure USDA Grade A maple syrup was aged for several months in an oak barrel that previously held Blanton’s bourbon, followed by Barrel Aged Swiss Bliss Grand Royale. Pouring amber gold in color, it offers maple flavors layered with brown sugar, cocoa, and vanilla creme brûlée custard, with a delicate oak char and a touch of barrel heat.

    • 500mL - *BA* Hygge Time

(18%) A few years ago, we had the exciting opportunity to purchase Thomas H. Handy Rye barrels that were used in making the acclaimed Rye from the Buffalo Trace Antique collection. Since Jeppe from ET NYC is a big fan of Handy, we mindfully aimed to create a liquid treat that uses EQ’s oldest released BA imperial stout along with some adjuncts that come together. Following 32 months in two Handy barrels, we blended both imperial stouts together and added macadamia nuts, honey, and marshmallow to this already viscous imperial stout. Barrel-forward, rich flavors of chocolate cake batter, marshmallow butter pecan, and caramel-glazed macadamia nuts lead with a touch of clover honey, joined together by a creamy texture that absolutely coats the palate in layers of flavor. Each sip finishes with shimmers of barrel toast, mild baking spice, and sweet bourbon-rye layered bonbons, making this the perfect companion for some hygge time of your own.

    • 500mL - *BA* Peanut Cloud

Barrel Aged Peanut Cloud returns! We took the Peanut Cloud base and let it rest in two Heaven Hill barrels for just over 19 months before blending them and conditioning the liquid on peanuts, marshmallows, and a touch of lactose. Pouring full and viscous, we get aromas and balanced flavors of gooey chocolate brownie batter, peanut butter cups, liquid fluffernutter, rich bourbon, vanilla ice cream, and fluffy marshmallows all coalescing into a creamy chocolate-covered caramel finish kissed with a touch of barrel heat, making this the perfect mix of nutty-meets-sweet-meets-boozy goodness! Barrel Aged Peanut Cloud will go on sale this Wednesday, 9/6, at 9 a.m. from our website. It will be available for pickup at the brewery or for shipping to select states by visiting the link in our bio.

    • 500mL - Peanut Cloud

Peanut cloud is back! Wouldn’t it be great if the clouds were giant fluffy marshmallow peanuts? We emulate such a landscape with Peanut Cloud. The idea for the label came from an original drone shot from high above Middletown taken at sunrise. We then asked local Illustrator, Julia Green, to add a fun touch based off the adjuncts. We took our LADS base and conditioned it on Peanuts, Marshmallows, and a touch of lactose to create our latest treat. Pouring pitch black with a pillowy tan head, aromas of creamy Jiff waft up from your pour. Tasting notes are simple for this one, a luscious mouthfeel crossed with chocolate fudge, spoons of peanut butter, and liquid Fluff. This is beer is liquid Fluffernutter. Pour a glass of this fun beer and look up… do creamy, decadent, pillow like, Peanut Clouds really exist? In Middletown, we’d like to think so!

    • 500mL - Fusion Future

Fusion Future (11%) is our imperial stout that takes a look at the complete fusion model while giving you a fusion of flavors. Stacked with a long list of adjuncts, we added banana, @mostracoffee Ghostbear espresso blend, peanuts, vanilla wafers, Vanuatu vanilla, marshmallow, Emperor’s coconut, and caramel. Aromas of brownie batter and DQ peanut butter banana Blizzards lead to a liquid that coats the tongue with a medley of decadent flavors. Chocolate-covered bananas, peanut butter coconut cream pie, snickers bars dipped in marshmallow, and vanilla custard all intermingle into a creamy banana nut milkshake loaded with more of your favorite toppings. Even with all of the adjuncts, this creation is extremely balanced and luscious, pulling you right into the next sip, making our very own fusion model a staff hit.

6.8% - IPA We use the Fractal series to investigate how different hops manifest through our processes, allowing us to optimize both our use of hops and our hopping techniques. Pouring a resinous-hazy straw yellow, Fractal Mosaic/Galaxy releases complex aromas of dank citrus, passion fruit, berries, earthy grass, and tropical melon. The taste follows the aroma, with added resinous, dank pineapple juice and a touch of pine. It ends with a slightly creamy mouthfeel and a firm but rounded bitterness. • POG Bubbles - 4pk

POG Bubbles (IPA) uses a not yet publicly available Thiolized Conan from @omegayeast, along with Phantasm, Galaxy, and Citra to bring you a beer dripping with POG (Passionfruit, Orange, and Guava) juice mimosa island vibes. What makes this beer so special is the use of two groundbreaking products: Omega Yeast's yeast, which is a thiolized strain that produces vibrant grapefruit, passion fruit, and guava notes through biotransformation, and Phantasm, which is made from ground-up New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc grapes. These grapes, which are known for their extremely rich thiol precursors, unlock intense fruity flavors during fermentation. POG Bubbles pours milky yellow, with bright aromas of tropical fruit nerds and tiki drinks. As the bubble chart on the label shows, we get intense fruit flavors of passionfruit juice, orange wedges, and guava, with whisps of lime, dank grass, and white grape. A spritzy finish kissed with rainbow melon EQ juice.

    • Balanced Growth - 4pk

Balanced Growth (6.8%) was everyone's favorite pick for our first project together with New Jersey’s @theseedbeer. Seeds are often used as symbols of hope and resilience. From the moment the seed enters the ground until harvest, meeting a plant's needs in a steady state is an important factor for survival and vitality. These factors help it reach the 'equilibrium' growth stage where it can follow a healthy and productive “balanced growth” trajectory, constantly growing with the odds in its favor against any difficulty that may pop into its path. Balanced Growth (IPA) starts off with a flaked wheat and torrefied wheat malt bill, an Idaho 7 whirlpool, and a HBC586 and Motueka dry hop. Flavors of Alphonso mango salad, assorted citrus, and lemon lime spritz lead into a crushable #EQjuice melon note with a lingering lime finish keeping you on a good trajectory to finish this latest collaboration rather quickly.

    • Tachyon - 4pk

Tachyon (5.5 IPA) with a brand new look. A tachyon is a theoretical particle that’s a bit more than a photon and always travels faster than light. To turn theoretical physics into reality, we took Photon, upped the ABV to five and a half percent, and hopped it at the rate of the fractal series, resulting in an intensely hopped crushable IPA. Tachyon pours a very hazy yellow and releases well-blended notes of dank apricot, tangerine, peach rings, mango, and pineapple. It tastes of soft, juicy tropical fruits and hop resins. A smooth, pointed bitterness with a touch of dryness ensures you’re ready for the next sip. This drinking experience is further enhanced with a soft and billowy mouthfeel.

It’s almost a doorway into an alternative universe, one that we control. Upgraded with our Energy Treatment hop process, creating this controllable fantasy began with Dream Wave Fluctuation, increasing the dry hop, blending Citra, Amarillo, Galaxy, and El Dorado, and applying Other Half's Dream treatment. Lucid Dream Wave pours a hazy, glowing tangerine color, releasing aromas of passion fruit, pineapple, candied peaches and cream, and a touch of that watermelon jolly rancher flavor, all integrated with a juicy twist. The taste is loaded with melon EQ juice that blends with a bright, creamy tropical wave of flavor with a touch of sweetness that is dangerously drinkable and balanced.

    • Energy Evolved - 4pk

Energy Evolved (8.5% DIPA) We know that Einstein’s findings state that Energy (E) equals mass (m) times the speed of light (c) squared (2), or E=mc2. The secret of the equation revealed that mass and energy are different forms of the same thing. Our Flagship beer MC² celebrates Einstein’s findings, but what if we tried to evolve from there? We wanted to continue to explore the MC² series, so we are bringing back Energy Evolved (DIPA). Energy Evolved takes a DDH MC² and adds a colossal dose of our hand selected galaxy to the dry hop, our energy treatment, and a touch of lactose for smoothness. Energy Evolved glows on its pour with an hoppy explosion of flavors like ripe mango, OJ, papaya, and passionfruit fruit leading into a full citrus portfolio that’s blended with notes of pineapple gummy bears and tropical push-ups. This beer is extremely creamy and POPS with our #EQjuice finish.

    • Seven Izzup - 4pk

Seven Izzup (7.7% DIPA) returns! This creation was conceptualized with @civilsocietybrewing’s Karl and Evan when we aimed to make a refreshing DIPA bursting with lemon and lime flavors. Crack a can open, and you’ll instantly grab a hoppy burst of flavors with layers and layers of lemon and lime. Its flavor is crisp and matches the aroma with a bright and spritzy assortment of deep, juicy citrus, lime, and earth, while the pillowy mouthfeel makes this a total crusher. • Hop Entourage Effect - 4pk

Hop Entourage Effect (8% DIPA). The hop entourage effect refers to the potential synergistic interaction of the various compounds found in hops, such as terpenes, flavonoids, and cannabinoids. The entourage effect suggests that the combined effects of these compounds may be greater than the sum of their individual effects, creating a more potent and effective therapeutic profile. Some studies also suggest that enjoying products containing hops can interact with the body's system to produce a range of beneficial effects. Hop Entourage Effect starts off with a white wheat and oat malt base and a Citra Idaho 7 whirlpool. Following fermentation, we loaded up on Citra, Strata, Galaxy, and Sabro for the dry hop. Pouring milky yellow with a tropical nose, we get flavors of creamy tangerine passionfruit sorbet, ruby red grapefruit, dank earth, assorted melon, and unsweetened coconut flakes.

    • Display Of Clarity - 4pk

Today we welcome back our West Coast DIPA, Display of Clarity (8%). Display of Clarity is named after the clarity technique of imaging used to analyze the brain. With 86 billion neurons assembled into very complex circuit, the clarity technique was a breakthrough in scientific imaging making brain imaging more efficient and less evasive, protecting the brain tissue and structure. We altered our water profile, upped the bitterness, extended the cold crashing, and left out all the soft and fluffy grains to let the simple grain bill and Simcoe with a touch of Citra shine with clarity. We get flavors of pine, lemon rind, floral citrus, and resinous earth with a clean pop of hoppy bitterness and a crisp finish.
      $22.00

    • MC3 - 4pk

MC³ (10% Tipa) breaks the laws of physics and implodes reality. Our flagship DIPA, 'MC²', is photon’s hopping rate SQUARED, this TIPA is photon’s hop bill CUBED. Where Photon explodes into a rainbow of flavors, our Double Whirlpool (DW) creates a rainbow of flavor that gets focused back to a singular stream of deliciousness as the next step in this energy evolution. This unique DW works synergistically with the appropriate Energy DH treatment. MC³ is basically MC² on the maximum permissible dose (MPD) of steroids. Extremely bright citrus, big mango, and assorted melon aromas and flavors lead to a dense hop-saturated mouthfeel from our Double Whirlpool that coats the tongue, and our EQ juice is amplified by our Energy dry-hop methods to near cosmic boom levels.
      $23.00
    • Mosaic Function - 4pk

Mosaic Function (10% TIPA) A function is an expression, rule, or law that defines a relationship between one variable and another. Functions exist everywhere in mathematics and are essential for formulating physical relationships in the sciences. Using an assortment of varieties, we set out to find the function of mosaic. We started off with our TIPA base loaded with oats and wheat before an all-mosaic hop bill using Mosaic Incognito, Mosaic Lupomax, and Mosaic T-90s. Mosaic function pours deep yellow with aromas of tropical yuzu, citrus, apricot, and forest, with pronounced flavors of assorted citrus, papaya, green skittles, blueberry skins, and the faintest whisp of pine. The aforementioned flavors, paired with our creamy base, our melon-forward #EQjuice profile, and a slight resinous hoppy bite, balance things out to make our all mosaic TIPA a dangerously drinkable one. Let us know if the science checks out.

Delicate aromas of straw and lemongrass transform into elegant layers of nuanced citrus, complex mango, grapefruit, bright melon and berry with a dry tart finish. • 375 ML - Austin Plum

Austin is a farmhouse ale built by the inspiration to share beer with people close to heart. It is pale, tart, delicate, and complex with a bit of pleasant funk. We took part of our latest batch of Austin and refermented it on plums at a rate of more than 2 lbs of fruit per gallon. Following bottling, Austin Plum was bottle conditioned for several months before being made available today. The result offers a soft and balanced plum character that includes flavors of the sweet fruit flesh and nuanced elements of the tart skin. The flavors are all boosted by the expression of our microorganisms and wrapped up in a incredibly gentle and #balancedacidity that offers something for the beer and wine drinker alike. This beer is unfiltered, unpasteurized, naturally carbonated and will continue to evolve over time if properly cellared. Austin Plum is available today in 375ml bottles from the brewery or for shipping to select states by visiting the link in our bio.

    • 1.5 L Shared Space

Shared Space is a blended wild ale with beautiful complexity. We started off brewing two separate bases that could be thought of as cousins of Austin and TABA and then added additional strains of Brettanomyces. It pours a beautiful golden yellow and has an intoxicating aroma. Conditioning since November, Shared Space has notes of anjou pear, honeysuckle and bright citrus zest with a soft body, mild tartness and balanced acidity. This beer is tasty right out of the gate, but will continue to evolve in proper cellar conditions.
