We are a full-service grocery store and deli and love preparing tasty and healthy dinners every day. Each meal is one serving, for one person, at one sitting - just heat and eat (but with a generous portion of vegetables and/or starches). Your meals will come to you fully prepared and refrigerated. Simply heat in the microwave or oven. The meals heat up in about 2 minutes (depending on your microwave). You won't find any artificial or chemical preservatives here, so all of our freshly prepared meals have a refrigerated shelf life of about 3-4 days.
