As Aurora’s first micro-roasters, we source only fair-trade, organic beans & roast in-house 2–3 times a week to ensure the freshest, highest-quality coffee for our customers. Our heritage inspires everything we do, from our traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremonies to our warm & inviting atmosphere—dubbed the “Community Living Room” by our patrons.
