En Su Boca

Been here multiple times and never had the experiences listed down below. My friends and I ordered the Shrimp and Fish Tacos but unfortunately it ended up causing us having food poisoning and confirmed it is. Our service also seemed a little unprofessional as well by having the check slammed in front of us on the table by the waitress which was unacceptable. I understand there might be off days but as also in customer service I found it a little harsh and too much Parking: Given about only 10 spots to park, very crooked:

Let me just start by saying- the worst experience. I visited richmond and was looking for places to eat I found en su boca, from the pictures en su boca looked amazinggggg!!! unfortunately when we got our order, it was a soggy tortilla with a whole bunch of cabbage followed by 3 shrimps.. then the lemonade was just awful worst strawberry lemonade!!! While waitress started off at a descent level of customer service and went down rapidly to horrible service. Checks slammed on my table with an attitude.. very unprofessional. The cherry on top was getting food poisoning.. don’t recommend save the money for somewhere better.

Not spacious Parking: Nowhere to park

I am a Mexican food LOVER. The flavor from this place is MID at best. You know when food is so good and you want to keep eating it just to taste it? Yea.. this is NOT that. I didn’t even finish my burrito and neither did my boyfriend. The salsa tastes like it came from a jar, definitely not that “homemade” flavor. The “elotes” (corn on the cob) were average size for $5 each. The burritos were nicely wrapped though. But honestly, this is a Tex mex flavor kind of place.

It was horrible. Eventho two orders of wings and two orders of Mexican fried corn was 52$ plus change, I ordered when we left the movie theater. I wasn’t expecting it to be ready when I got there but, I was told three times that it would be ready. I left after waiting for a while. I goes back in bc I was treating my kids to a movie and a meal of their choice. They were hungry and wanted me to go back to get them their order. I went back in and everytime I asked her (the bartender) would look at me and say again,” a few more minutes.” I waited for another 10/15 minutes. By this time, I was LIVID!!!! ONE ORDER OF WINGS 14$ ONE ORDER OF CORN (2pcs) IS 18$(9$) EACH!!!! I WAS ONLY THERE AND WAITED FOR AS LONG AS I DID BC IT WAS A VALENTINES DAY DAY OUT FOR MY KIDS. AFTER A WAIT THAT LONG AND DISRESPECT,WE WILL BE EATING ELSEWHERE FROM NOW ON!!! HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!!! PS… THIS WAS MY SECOND TIME TO THIS PLACE. I ORDERED TWO WITH MEAT (beef)LET& CHEESE. I ASKED FOR MILD SAUCE SO “I “ COULD PUT ON MY TACOS. WELL TO MY SURPRISE, I GOT TWO SOFT TACOS AND A PILE OF SALSA ON MY TACO. DO NOT EAT SALSA & IT WAS COLD. WAS STILL CHARGED AND PAID FOR IT EVENTHO I DID NOT EAT IT!!! I GO BACK TONIGHT, VALENTINES DAY AND & AGAIN I WAS NOT SATISFIED!!YOU WONT BE SEEING US AGAIN & I WILL DEF NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!! EVER!!! AGAIN,HAPPY VALENTINE DAY!!!!

I’ve always loved this place, and it has its good and bad days. Food was excellent, service was good, and I didn’t have that much difficult my parking. Nachos were top notch, and the salsa appetizer was very good.

Nachos and queso were very good. Quesadilla was a bit strange and a bit too much.
