Had a tragic experience today, Found a fly in the chicken curry that I'd ordered, Upon complaining regarding the same, the staff took away the dish but didn't really do anything about it As a customer, I'd atleast expect an apology from the manager but that never happened I've been to other outlets of Empire before, and they've never disappointed me in terms of hygiene, taste or the services But here, After paying the bill, on personally requesting to meet the manager, He negligently answered stating I had to attend another customer so I couldn't attend you and I'd asked the staff to make the side orders complementary (which didn't really happen) *He insisted he would return part of the money I payed, upon refusing the refund and asking him to discard the batch of the food, all he did was nod his head Extremely disappointed!!!
