One of our most famous menu items! This omelette will not disappoint! Three egg omelette stuffed with spinach, bacon, feta and tomatoes.

This omelette was inspired by Ken's time in Arizona. Three egg omelette stuffed with sausage, onions, red and green peppers, spinach, jalapenos and cheddar cheese.

One of our most famous items on the menu! 2 slices of cranberry wild rice bread dipped in a egg, cream and cinnamon mixture and fried on our flat top until golden.

This is the hangover cure! 1/4 lb burger seared on the flat top, we fry an egg your way, add bacon and cheese put it all on a bun and serve it with hash browns.

We saute onions, red and green peppers. Then we scramble some eggs and mix them all together with cheddar cheese and wrap it in a tomato basil tortilla.
