Server was best part. Fast food quality for high price

Food was not exceptional for the price but okay overall. They were understaffed and while a few servers were doing their best others were not.

Your bartender suck. Unfortunately I don’t catch her name but she is working in the morning today at 6:09 that I am trying to get a drink before my flight. She has never lays eyes on me nor acknowledges that I was there and trying to get her attention. She doesn’t even stays at the bar! I don’t know how many customers you lose each time she attends the bar because obviously she doesn’t really wants to do her job.

Emeril should take his name off this place. Poor customer service. The host was horrible. Poor management. They ran out of food and had a 20min wait with a half empty restaurant. They did not give me what i ordered.

Staff is rude was standing in line for 5 minutes after they walked back and forth looking at me and saying one minute…2 soft drinks costs $16.77 - didn’t even receive an itemized receipt - pretty sure they didn’t charge me correctly. Just trash service in general.

Second visit to this bar/restaurant in 12 months. Far worse this time compared than the last one. I was served by Shomanne on the 23rd December who showed no customer service on my visit. No smile, and overall very miserable and rude. It seemed as though serving me was an inconvenience in all honesty. I’d strongly suggest she gets another job, or at least some manners and lessons in customer service. When I asked for a draught beer, she replied ‘no, they’re off’ and offered no alternatives, instead walking around the bar to serve another customer (bearing in mind I’d been waiting 10 minutes nearly to be served and despite seeing me sit down initially gave no warm welcome or acknowledgment at that early point).I was rather perplexed by all of this. Safe to say she did not get a tip, but had she not been stood in front of me when I was writing out the cheque, I’d have written a ‘top tip’ covering basic manners and customer service. Hope she had a smile on her face on Christmas Day, god help those she spent it with if she didn’t.

Forty dollars I will never get back. As they say don’t judge a book by its cover, almost all the food was disappointing. The roll I had to rip through with my teeth with some very dry chicken underneath that was supposed to be “fried”. That sandwich alone was $19 and I couldn’t even finish it. I’m not a picky eater in the slightest either. Will say the fries were good along with the delicious Cajun mayo sauce. On top of that, the main waitress avoided me while talking to tables around me and only talked to me to ask if I wanted another drink. Which was the size of a regular cup with a meal price. The margarita was well made however. For that price, I’d rather have bought a Coke Zero and a bag of chips and have money left over. Talked to the tables around me and they didn’t enjoy the food either. The reviews speak for themselves. 3/10.

Bartender was extremely rude, and the bar wasn't even very busy.
