With over 50 years of experience in Sichuan cuisine, Chef Zhao expertly blends bold chili oils, fragrant peppercorns, and well-seasoned meats and produce into our dishes. Situated conveniently in Chinatown, EMei diligently procures fresh ingredients daily. With a menu featuring 120 items, we take pride in crafting everything in-house.
