With a recent rise in popularity of decaf coffees, we decided to profile a particular honey process (higher quality processing method) coffee from a collective of farmers in the Marcala region then we sent it to Descamex in Vera Cruz, Mexico where it was organically decaffeinated using pure water from Pico de Orizaba (without use of chemicals).

Our Brazil Medalha single origin coffee is a testament to the rich heritage of Fazenda Nossa Senhora da Medalha, nestled in the heart of Serra da Mantiqueira, Minas Gerais. Roasted to a full city 425°F, this natural processed coffee boasts flavor notes of dark chocolate and mild cooked raspberry, delivering a full-bodied experience. The farm, acquired by Bruno Henrique and his family in 1995, spans 14 hectares with approximately twenty-six thousand coffee trees.
