Our amazing story started in Pachuca, Hidalgo, MX a long time ago with our own cornfield. We started preparing our corn with different ingredients and our secret homemade salsas making "esquites" and serving the nearby communities. Elotes Fanny since then has grown to have various locations in the United States including Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, and Garland, Texas. We've been recognized for serving one of the most Authentic Prepared Elote (esquites) within the United States. People love the authenticity that our prepared Elotes bring to the table. We don't use canned corn or artificial flavors, our Elotes are prepared fresh at the moment. Our homemade salsas bring the final touch that can't be replaced. We are the Elote experts!
