Prior to becoming an executive chef I was a stay home mom and I am a blessed happy member of a large Nicaraguan family which has allowed me to cook the food for every family gathering or event. I come from a long line of chefs my grandmother was a chef , my mom was a chef and both earned their title by experience. I’m a chef and so is my oldest daughter we both went to school together and graduated with an associates degree. My cooking style incorporates a little bit of everything of course my Nicaraguan influence is there , but I’m not afraid to incorporate other styles and always make them my own.
