Chef Eleazar Martinez and Proprietor David Oh, have been working together for over twenty-five years. They met at Woo Lae Oak in Soho, and continued their partnership with Bann in midtown Manhattan, Woodam in Morris Plains, NJ, and now Eli’s Eatery in Parsippany, NJ. Eli was trained in French culinary, and his passion for a variety of cultures inspired him to create his own concept for “Korean Fusion” cuisine.
