Cool views, good food, and great service!
I paid for the most expensive chilaquiles in my life. And they had no eggs nor meat since my husband is vegetarian. The atmosphere is cute. The service was okay, just a little slow .
Robert A who works the front desk got us umbrellas and offered to walk us to our car Hes a very professional gentleman. He deserves a raise.
Super welcoming, beautiful place, the view is very interesting. Pricey, but worth it!
Service was comparable to that of a school cafeteria…had to just leave after waiting 30 mins for 1 drink with a reservation!
First time visiting this restaurant. Initially, I was very excited to visit this restaurant we had a reservation for two. We were walked to our seats, I was a chilly day so we asked our waiter is she could turn on the heating lamps, she proceeded to tell us she can’t move them. Not even 5 minutes later a family comes in and asks a separate waiter for the heating lamp to be moved. Without blinking, she did so. I’m very disappointed with the service provided tonight 02/16/23. My party immediately paid for the adult drink and left. Nice place underwhelming experience.
Great food, fantastic service and beautiful views from the rooftop The most unique restaurant to eat at in Visalia.
I took my wife here for a late dinner on 2/13 for her birthday. Terrible experience. The waitress was extremely slow at providing service, spilled a portion of my wife's cocktail on her menu, and dropped a butter knife on the ground allowing it to smear butter down the side of my pants on its way to the floor. No apology, and no attempt to swap out my wife's sticky menu. That was the first impression. As the night went on, drinks sat empty on our table for an extended amount of time and had to wait for what seemed like forever to receive the check. Lastly, the entree I ordered, seafood pasta, was so bland that I couldn't finish it. The pasta was literally soaking in a butter "soup". So disappointing. Completely unacceptable for a supposed high end restaurant in town.
